CONCRETE SLAP PLACEMENT
The Bodaway/Gap Chapter is hereby contacting qualified Concrete Slap Placement contractors to design, pour concrete, and labor cost for a 75’ L X 55’ W X 8” T at the propose Heavy Equipment Warehouse in The Gap, Arizona.
Instruction and Scope of Work: Drafting a blueprint on pouring a concrete for a 75’ L X 55’ W X 8’ T for a Heavy Equipment Warehouse which will be located East of the TCRHCC Clinic, then the cost to finish the flooring including the labor cost too.
Site Visit shall take place: At Project Site Location upon request of the contractors.
Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked: for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN-THE BODAWAY/GAP CHAPTER HEAVY EQUIPMENT WAREHOUSE CONCRETE SLAP PLACEMENT (DESIGN,POUR CONCRETE,AND LABOR COST)”. and received by May 27,2022; 5:00 PM (MDST).No late, facsimiled, or electronic mailed proposal will be accepted.If any question please contact Lee Yazzie Jr at 928-280-5141.
