  • Prepare Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan
  • Prepare Proposals to various funding sources
  • Complete Pre-Procurement Activities (PPA’S)

Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan Inculdes:

  • Inventorying Existing Capital
  • Add Proposed New Capital (not existing)
  • Prioritizing Projects
  • Passing Chapter Resolution 
  • Six Year Plan

Project Authorization is Completed Funded:

  • Develop Project Portfolio-Folders
  • Conduct 164 Process for excepting funds
  • Check all Pre-Procurement Activities (PPA’S)
  • Give Completed Project to Lead Agency
