The purpose of the Division shall be to develop a dynamic and cohesive plan for community development activities;,provide relevant community education and services for the orderly growth of the Navajo Nation: and contribute to the self- sufficiency of communities and families by constructing quality homes, community public facility buildings, and infrastructure that is in harmony with nature and people’s growth.
