FY2028-2032 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) Cycle Now Open

The Capital Planning & Policy Bureau is kicking off the FY2028-2032 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) cycle with an ICIP 101 training on Wednesday, February 25th from 1:00-2:30 pm. In this training, we will review enhancements in the Capital Projects System (CAPS) site, how to add a new project, review ICIP administration changes and requirements.  

In the interim, you can find ICIP information and instructional materials on our website. We encourage all local public bodies to review our FY 2028-2032 ICIP Guidelines as there have been important administrative changes to ICIP implementation.
